The Xbox App Self Initiated study of the mobile application designed by Microsoft enabling users to have a on the go xbox experience. This case study works to evaluate the Xbox Mobile Application, its usability, fallbacks, and efficiency of functionalities and systems within  the app.

The Jack Henry Knowledge Base Glossary serves as the  information hub for product information. The glossary was designed To address communication gaps identified after PI 15. The glossary works to  standardize terms and definitions across internal teams, teams from partners, and customers.
